I immediately pulled over and hid my truck behind a large tree. I yelled "Optimus Prime! Cyber Power!" and flew off towards the nuclear plant.

     On the way I contacted the other three and told them what was going on. They had similar reactions to mine.

     "Is Megatron INSANE?! Doesn't he realize what nuclear meltdown would do everyone?" Amber asked. "That might be exactly WHY he's being so careless." Britnee pointed out.

     When we finally arrived, Megatron was still going through the administration building looking for the Key. Starscream however, was heading for one of the reactor towers.

     "Jetfire! Sideways! Go after Starscream! You've got to keep him away from the tower! Hotshot and Override, try to find the Key before Megatron does. I'll distract him."

     I fired shots from all four of my cannons and then transformed into Robot Mode. As Megatron turned around, he took a swing and knocked me down.

     Meanwhile, Jetfire and Sideways had managed to keep Starscream away from the reactor. However, his weapons fire was still getting dangerously close to them.

    Suddenly, Override yelled, "Optimus! We found the source of the Key's signal. It's just a barrel of concentrated plutonium!"

    After hearing that, Megatron said, "Hmph, let's go Starscream. There is obviously nothing of value here." The two of them then disappeared through one of Megatron's portals.

     On the way back home, I contacted Highwire. "Highwire, is that base you were talking about ready yet?"

     "No, why?" he said.

     "Because today, Megatron and Starscream very nearly cause a nuclear meltdown that would've destroyed the entire city. We need to have an earlier warning of these kinds of things, especially potential Spark Key locations."

     "Don't worry, it will be ready soon. Just keep your eye on the ball until then." After that, he disconnected.

     I got home and sneaked into bed thinking, "We got close to a modern-day Chernobyl, and that was with just two Decepticons. I'm afraid to wonder what it will be like if more arrive."
